NOTE : Section 4.2 C.C.P. provides : "In any proceeding, the parties must ensure that the proceedings they choose are proportionate, in terms of the costs and time required, to the nature and ultimate purpose of the action or application and to the complexity of the dispute; the same applies to proceedings authorized or ordered by the judge.".
We are concerned that the legal fees are proportional to the value of the issues at stake. Take advantage of 3 types of agreement :
1) Flat rates
Amicable divorce, uncontested divorce, adoption, joint application for custody and child support, unconstested motion for custody and/or child support, drafting of settlement agreements (without negotiation) and any other specific matter; call us or email us for a quote;
2) Risk-Sharing arrangements
Fee in accordance with a schedule of tariffs and bonus in case of success; call us or email us for a quote;
3) Hourly rate at 225 $ and 750 $ per half day in Court
A fee agreement is signed at the beginning of each mandate. Other condition applies.
